Let Ashley & Corina help you plan, design and execute the wedding cake, cupcake or cheesecake of your dreams.  Over the last couple of years being cake ladies, they have had the chance to work with beautiful couples with simple to unique and extraordinary ideas in mind.  Ashley & Corina can make at least this part of your special day, much more simple and not to mention, sweet and delicious.




Prior to the Special Day
  • There will be a production meeting scheduled at least a month before the wedding day. Client will submit a copy of all the contracts of their contracted suppliers as this will be our basis in coordinating with them to confirm schedules and ensure that goods/services are delivered on time.
Wedding Day
  • Exactly five (5) hours before the actual start of the ceremony, wedding coordinators will at the hotel room to assist the bride, attending to her every need/concern. A Bridal Manager will be assigned to the bride and will be by her side throughout the day. Likewise, a Groom Manager will be assigned in the groom’s room if he is checked-in the same preparation venue.
  • Assist the Photographers for the pictorial including the fixing of the gown in the mannequin, fixing the wedding materials on the bed and fixing the groom’s apparel and accessories. Coordinators will strictly implement the day’s schedule conforming to lead times allocated for every item in the itinerary.
  • Ensure the timely departure of the bride and the groom from the hotel to arrive at the church at least 30 minutes before the ceremony.
At the Church / Place of Worship
  • Prior to the ceremony coordinators will be responsible for the distribution of flowers and wedding materials to the members of the entourage. Likewise they will arrange the misalletes in the pews
  • Organize the members of the entourage in the processional line
  • Supervise the Entrance of the Bride
  • Supervise the wedding rites from the processional to recessional march
  • Assist the photographers for the pictorial after the ceremony
 At the Reception
  • Check the layout and styling of the event venue
  • Manning of the registration table at the reception venue ensuring that the sitting arrangement would be followed. There will also be coordinators tasked to usher the guests and direct them to their respective table assignment.
  • Handle all gifts given by the guests
  • Conceptualization and direction of the wedding reception program
  • Provide background music (CDs and tapes) for every part of the reception program
  • Distribution of wedding souvenirs and routing of the Signature Book/Frame
  • Turnover all wedding accessories used in the wedding ceremony and reception and all gifts to the couple’s authorized representative.
 
Out-of-Town Rate
For bookings outside Manila an additional out-of-town rate will be charged to client to cover for transportation and other miscellaneous expenses. Rate depends on the location of the event.
Terms of Payment
Only bookings with a signed contract and corresponding down payment will be honored as confirmed bookings. Our policy is to commit our service to our clients on a first-sign first-serve basis. As such, pencil bookings are not entertained. For confirmed bookings, we require 50% down payment and the balance to be paid on the day of the event.
